Study on the Influences of Euphorbia Kansui and Euphorbia Pekinensia on Pregnent Maintenance

Abstract
|
|
|
It is acknowledged that Euphorbia kansui and Euphorbia pekinensis are contraindicated drugs of pregnancy. The present work was done to investigate the influences of Euphorbia kansui and Euphorbia pekinensis on pregnancy.
The solid extract of Euphorbia kansui and Euphorbia pekinensis were administered to experimental animals and the influences were evaluated on pregnant maintenance, corpus lutein functions and toxic action of kidney and liver during pregnancy.
@ES The result of this work were summerized as follows:
@EN 1) The solid extract of Euphorbia kansui was revealed action on the decreasing implantation number of fertilized eggs in rats.
2) When Euphorbia kansui and Euphorbia pekinensis didn't shoud the significant effet on deceasing of progesterone in serum of the false-pregnant rabbit.
3) The increase of GOT, GPT, ALP enough to be recognized, was revealed, after Euphorbia kansui and Euphorbia pekinensis were administered to the pregnant rats.
4) The increases of BUN, creatinine, Uric acid, Urine protein enough to be recognized, was revealed, after Enphorbia kansui and Euphorbia pekinensis were administered to the pregnant rats.
According to the above results it is recognized that Euphorbia kansui and Euphorbia pekinensis obstruct pregnant maintinance and the functions of corpus lutein and give damage to kidney and liver during pregnancy.
